Value is in the Eye of the Beholder
As the old adage goes, “beauty is in the eye of the beholder” and I would suggest that value is as well. Often times price and affordability are confused with value. For example, a Rolex watch that can be purchased for $10,000 might be a great price and hence a good value to someone who can afford it – but no matter how great the price, it would not necessarily translate into a great value for someone who can’t afford it.
